~ Then visit the Moruya Bowling and Recreation Club or the Moruya Golf Club for a fabulous lunch or dinner.

~ The Tuross Head Boatshed is a popular place for fish and chips and it’s right on the water’s edge.

~ Visit the SAGE Farmer’s Markets every Tuesday afternoon for locally grown and fresh produce including breads, meat, fish, fruit and vegies.

~ Shop locally at the Moruya Country Markets, every Saturday morning from 7.30am on the banks of the Moruya River.

Attractions

~ Take a scenic flight with South Coast Seaplanes to see incredible unspoilt beaches on one side of the aircraft, and stunning mountain views on the other. It’s a journey you’ll never forget.

~ The Moruya Cycleway is a stunning ride that is good fun and nice and easy for families that winds its way along the Moruya River.

~ Dress up and bet on your favourite horse at the races at the Moruya Jockey Club.

~ Learn about local history at the Moruya Museum including the interesting story about the quarry and the granite cut for the harbour bridge.

~ Don’t miss the experience of a lifetime by jumping out of a plan over Moruya with Sky Dive Oz. Embrace the fear!

~ Put your walking shoes on and discover the Broulee Island Reserve Walk, an absolute must do for nature lovers with lots of bird and marine life.  You can often spot seals off the end of the island sailing with their flippers and is a great spot for whale watching.

~ Go offshore fishing with Winda Woppa Fishing Charters. Deep sea fishing adventures are offered suitable for the entire family.

~ Get up close and personal and snorkel with the seals on Montague Island or watch the migrating whales from September to November.  Montague Island Adentures offer day trips and can provide all equipment needed.

~ Privately owned Mogo Zoo is a fantastic day out for families and proudly boasts the largest collection of primates in Australia, as well as zebras, rhinos, giraffes, meerkats, red pandas, tigers and white lions.
